BHB SRIRACHA BITTERS
2 1/2 oz Bourbon or rye
1 Teaspoonful simple syrup
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 Drops Brooklyn Hemispherical Sriracha Bitters
1 Dash absinthe
Coat a rocks glass with absinthe, swirl and toss out excess. Stir the remaining ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain into a rocks glass. Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and drop in. Top with BHB Sriracha Bitters to taste.
BHB MEYER LEMON BITTERS
2 oz London dry gin
1 oz Verjus
1 oz Martini & Rossi Bianco
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice. Stir gently. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add a grapefruit twist as garnish. Top with 3 drops BHB Meyer Lemon Bitters.
BHB BLACK MISSION FIG BITTERS
1 oz Rye
1 oz Applejack
1/2 oz Allspice dram
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Combine ingredients. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Add an orange twist as garnish. Top with 3 drops BHB Fig Bitters.
BHB PEACH BITTERS
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Poire Williams
3/4+ oz oz Brown simple syrup (equal parts brown sugar and hot water)
1/4 oz Lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Add a lemon twist as garnish, squeezing to express the oils. Top with 2 drops BHB Peach Bitters.
STRAWBERRY BITTERS
Drop a Demerara sugar cube into a champagne flute. Soak the cube with BHB Strawberry Bitters. Slowly top with your favorite sparkling rosé. Add a strawberry slice as garnish.
APPLE BITTERS
2 oz Applejack
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4oz Brown sugar simple
1/2 oz Aperol
Combine ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain up into cocktail glass. Top with splash of hard cider. Add an apple slice garnish. Top with 2 drops BHB Apple Bitters.
BLUEBERRY BITTERS
1 1/2 oz London dry gin
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
10 Blueberries
3 Mint leaves
Muddle blueberries & mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice. Add gin and ice. Shake and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with a splash of soda water. Finish with 3 drops BHB Blueberry Bitters.
RHUBARB BITTERS
2 oz Light rum.
1 oz Lime juice.
1 oz Simple syrup.
Shake on ice, Strain and pour up. Top with 8 drops BHB Rhubarb Bitters.
